Online Customer Service – Need help placing an order online or have any product inquiries? We are here to help! Please email or call us.
Phone Orders – We are happy to take your order quickly by phone. Please call us at 214-364-4707, Monday – Friday within the business hours of 9:00 – 5:00 CT.
Sales Tax – Sales tax is currently applied to orders which ship to an address in the state of Texas. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process.
Order Status – Register now for faster checkout and to share your wishlist.
Shipping – Shipping is complimentary. Our shipping method is USPS Priority. We require a signature when your package is delivered. We do not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has shipped.
Return Policy – Jewelry can only be exchanged for store credit. It must be done within 5 business days of receiving your package. A copy of your invoice must be included with the item you are returning. Custom orders are not returnable. In the event the piece was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Do not return an item without contacting Carmella Designs first.
Repairs – If for any reason your piece breaks, we will gladly repair it for you during the first 30 days. Please email or call us.
Gift Certificates – To purchase a gift certificate, please call 214-364-4707 or email us. The information we need from you is:

Gift Certificates expire after 365 days. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
